Connecting cash investors with off-market and distressed properties.
A licensed agent who matches serious investors to the right opportunities inside our brokerage network.
Off-market means properties that aren't publicly listed on the MLS — deals you won't find on Zillow or Realtor.com.
A relationship-driven introduction, not an automated pipeline.
Every submission ends in a real meeting — with an investor, a listing agent, or both. No mass emails, no wholesaler hype.
- 01Tell us what you're looking for
Investors share buy box and timeline. Agents share the investor client.
- 02We match you with the right connection
I work the network inside Canvas Homes and among partner agents to line up the right opportunity — or the right buyer.
- 03We set up the meeting
You meet directly with the investor or listing agent. I stay involved through close if you want me to.
Get first look at flips, holds and off-market deals.
Share your buy box and I'll surface qualified opportunities as they come through the brokerage.
Plug your investor clients into a working network.
Refer your investor clients to me. If they buy, you receive a referral fee at closing — and you stay involved through the process.

Common questions
Straight answers about how the network works.
- How does the introduction process work?
- You share what you're looking for (or the deal/client you have). When there's a real match inside the Canvas Homes network, I make a personal introduction — not a mass email. From there you meet directly with the other party.
- Do you charge investors or agents a fee?
- No. Investors pay nothing to be in the network. For referring agents, commission is paid through the buyer side at closing — standard co-broke, no separate fee.
- What areas do you cover?
- Nashville, Davidson County, and surrounding Middle Tennessee submarkets that investors actively work — East Nashville, Madison, Antioch, and beyond.
- What is an "off-market" deal?
- A property that isn't publicly listed on the MLS. These come through brokerage relationships, direct seller conversations, and network channels before (or instead of) hitting public sites.
- Are you a wholesaler or a buyer?
- Neither. I'm a licensed Tennessee real estate agent with Canvas Homes. I connect investors and agents; I don't tie up contracts to assign them, and I'm not buying the property myself.
